Melon dessert with cream
1 1 piece whole melon
500 500 gr. cream
400 400 gr. cream-cheese
350 350 gr. sugar powder

Cut the melon and use only the inner, soft part. Blend it with the cream-cheese.
step 2
Mix the 500gr. Cream until it thickens, add sugar powder and than mix with the blended melon. Pour the mass in the desired tableware and put them in the freezer for 10 hours.
