Salad in tomatoes
4 4 tomatoes
300 300 gr. sulguni cheese
2 2 bell peppers
70 70 gr. rice
30 30 gr. parsley
1 1 carrot
100 100 ml. sunflower oil

Slice the head off the tomatoes and take out the inner part without damaging the vegetable. Boil rice with twice amount of water, and filtrate in cold water. Chop bell pepper and grate the carrot.

Grate the sulguni cheese. Slightly fry chopped vegetables and rice on the pan for 5 minutes, add chopped parsley, pepper and salt with taste. Place the cooled mass inside the tomatoes together with grated sulguni.
