White and black chocolate mousse
200 200 gr. White chocolate
200 200 gr. Black chocolate
1 1 liter 35% cream
100 100 gr. Blackberry
40 40 gr. mint
200 200 gr. sugar powder
step 1
Mix white chocolate with 100 gr. Cream and add washed mint leaves. Melt it on steam bath and than take out the mint leaves. Do the same with black chocolate. Mix the leftover cream with sugar powder, divide into same size portions and blend it with both melted chocolates. Pour the masses in desired tableware and place them in the freezer for 8 hours. Decorate the mousse with blackberry and mint.
