Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices.
Separately mix the melted cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Add the chopped garlic and lemon juice. Mix and add pomegranate, cranberries and almonds and nuts. Mix again and bring it to uniform mass.
Add the seasoned cheese to the avocado. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Decorate with micro herbs and orange zest.
