Place butter on a cold pan and start melting at a low temperature before we put the quail. Separately chop walnuts, coriander, green onions and parsley and add the ingredients when one side of the quail will be roasted.

Add some vinegar. After vinegar evaporates, add wine. The quail will be ready when the wine also evaporates.
Decorate the dish with leftover parsley, green onion and paprika.

Slice the quail in desirable sized pieces and enjoy!
