We start with making the cream. Mix cream-cheese with soft butter, sugar and vanilla powder. Use mixer until it becomes puffy and airy. Move the mass in the special dish for cream and keep it in the refrigerator.

To prepare the biscuit dough, put the following in the bowl - flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, soda and baking powder. Than add 3 eggs, oil, kefir and red food coloring. You can mix everything with your hands. The dough should come out thick, sour and creamy.

Grease baking dish with fat, sprinkle flour and pour in dough. Bake on 175 degrees, check in 15 minutes with a wooden stick. The biscuit is ready when the wooden stick remains clean, but slightly oily. Fill the biscuits with the cream on top.
