Icing:
50 50 gr. egg white
300 300 gr. powdered sugar

In a thick pot, boil sugar, honey, ginger, cinnamon, and clove. Set aside. Add soda and stir with a wooden spoon. The liquid should foam immediately. Add room temperature butter and egg yolks immediately and stir well until combined.

Slowly add flour and work with the dough. Do not add flour altogether as you may not need all of 400 grams. Some flour absorbs more liquid so the amount of flour in the recipe may be changed slightly and adjusted. We should be left with warm and soft dough which will be easy to roll.

Roll the dough for approximately 3-5 millimeters is size and cut the desired forms. I used a ruler to cut the walls and the roof of the house. You can cut whatever the forms you wish. Put on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Do not dry it out, it should be a little soft and have a golden color when it is ready. When it cools, it will become solid.

Pour small amount of water to 200 grams of sugar so that the sugar wets a little bit, put on the stove on the medium heat. When it becomes golden, turn off the heat. Be careful, the caramel is going to be very hot. So, when you dip the cooked wall in it, be careful not to burn your hands.

Use caramel to combine the walls and roof walls together. For decoration, make icing: You will need 50 grams of egg whites and 300 grams of powdered sugar. combine egg whites and sugar well. Beat until it becomes thicker and not sticky. Use icing to decorate the house in any way you wish.
