2 2 carrots
2 2 batatas
150 150 gr. broccoli
150 150 gr. cauliflower
2 2 piece bell peppers
2 2 piece onions
1 1 piece garlic clove
200 200 ml. red dry wine
50 50 gr. rosemary
200 200 ml. sunflower oil
1 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Wash and cut vegetables into equal pieces. Place a foil on a baking tray and transfer vegetables on it. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and fry on a pan along with garlic and rosemary.

Transfer fried pork chops to the baking tray and fry on 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
