Chicken roulette with green bazhe sauce

ingredients
800 800 gr. chicken fillet
500 500 gr. bacon
500 500 gr. mushrooms
2 2 red bell peppers
150 150 gr. sulguni
1 1 onion
2 2 garlic cloves
Green bazhe sauce:
300 300 gr. walnuts
100 100 gr. parsley
по 1/2 по 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander, khmeli suneli, utskho suneli, and saffron

Wash chicken fillets. Cut on a half and pound out each piece. Place a food plastic on a table. Top with tightly placed bacon slices and chicken.

Cook the stuffing: wash and cut all vegetables. Saute them on a low heat along with grated garlic. Spread the stuffing on the chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the roulette with help of food plastic.

Preheat an oven to 220 degrees, wrap the roulette in a foil and bake for 30 minutes. After this remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Cook the sauce: place in a blender walnuts and parsley. Mix with seasonings and grated garlic.
