Steak salad with mushroom sauce

2 2 beef steaks
100 100 gr. salad mix
300 300 gr. mushrooms
150 150 ml. sunflower oil
100 100 ml. white dry wine
80 80 ml. cream
80 80 gr. cucumber
1 1 grapefruit
30 30 gr. nuts
30 30 gr. cherry tomatoes
40 40 gr. rkatsiteli pickled cheese

Wash salad and vegetables. Slice mushrooms and saute on a low heat for five minutes. Add wine, wait for two minutes, pour with cream and stir. Grate the cheese and add to the sauce. Saute for two more minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in a blender. Meanwhile, fry steaks from both sides for two minutes.

Cut salad leaves, place in a bowl, pour with the sauce and mix. Transfer to desired plate, top with cucumber, tomatoes, and sliced meat. Pour with grapefruit juice and sprinkle with grated cheese.
