Clean pork chops. Place in a bowl adjika, lemon juice, and garlic. Marinate chops in the sauce for one hour. Place marinated chops in a deep baking vessel and pour with the sauce. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread baked chops with the butter.

Cut off the bottom of the quince, spread it with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes on a separate tray along with chops.

It's time for mint pesto. Wash the mint, remove leaves and place in a blender with lemon juice, walnuts, parmesan, almonds, and salt. Start whisking and gradually add olive oil. Mixture should be homogenous.

Place pork chops on a desired plate. Serve along with baked quince, sliced cheese, and sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and barberries.
