Usually bughlama is made of beef or lamb. I decided to cook it with chicken. 

ingredients
1 1 chicken
200 200 gr. cherry tomatoes
2 2 onions
4 4 piece garlic
80 80 ml. vegetable oil
1/2 1/2 bunch of coriander
1/2 1/2 bunch of parsley
Salt to taste

Clean the chicken. Remove the skin, cut in a small pieces, place in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil. Finely chop onions and saute on a low heat along with cherry tomatoes.

Wash and finely chop greens. Transfer everything to the saucepan with cooked chicken. Season with salt.

How To Serve

Serve warm.
