ingredients
3 3 eggplants
1 1 red bell pepper
1 1 green bell pepper
1 1 piece onion
300 300 ml. vegetable oil
4 4 piece garlic
1 1 teaspoon basil
1 1 bunch coriander

Wash vegetables and greens. Cut eggplants, peppers and onion.

Saute eggplants on a low heat. In several minutes add peppers and onion. When vegetables will be cooked add garlic, salt, and basil.
