step 1
Wash the cornel. Place it in a saucepan, pour with water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain and keep water.
Wash vegetables and greens. Separate mint leaves.
step 2
Finely chop onion and saute on a low heat. Mash cornel through sieve and add desired amount of cornel broth. Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk.
Sprinkle with a salt.
