1 1 bunch of Iceberg salad
20 20 gr. fresh coriander
1 1 teaspoon cumin
1 1 teaspoon dried coriander
2 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard

Finely wash and slice salad leaves.

Place a pan on a high heat, pour with some oil and fry chicken liver. Add seasonings, greens, and mustard.
