Wash eggplant and zucchini, cut them into rings, pour with 50 ml. olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and fry on a grill from both sides.

Prepare sauce: mix olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Remove seeds from bell peppers and cut them into long, thin slices.
Place salad leaves on a plate. Top with fried vegetables and bell peppers. Pour with the dressing and sprinkle with a salt.
