Salmon with blackberry sauce

1 1 piece salmon steak
200 200 gr. blackberry
100 100 ml. red dry wine
70 70 ml. cream
100 100 gr. salad leaves mix
1 1 piece lemon
60 60 ml. olive oil
50 50 gr. fennel bulb

Wash salad leaves. Cut them along with fennel bulb. Mix both, sprinkle with lemon juice, and top with blackberries.

Sprinkle salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Fry it on a pan or on a grill along with olive oil.

Cook sauce - place blackberries in a small saucepan. Pour with the wine and bring to a simmer. After 5 minutes add cream and simmer once again. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour salmon with the sauce.
