Sift flour, sugar, and salt. Make small hole in a flour. Whisk eggs, milk, and water. Add gradually to flour and whisk until smooth mixture. Add melted butter, mix, and keep in a fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat a pan, spread with oil or butter, and cook crepes from both sides. Transfer to the plate.
