1 1 teaspoon sugar

Sift flour, sugar, and salt. Make small hole in a flour. Whisk eggs, milk, and water. Add gradually to flour and whisk until smooth mixture. Add melted butter, mix, and keep in a fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat a pan, spread with oil or butter, and cook crepes from both sides. Transfer to the plate. Whisk creme along with powdered sugar and vanilla.

How To Serve

Serve crepes and creme along with berries.
