ingredients
1 1 piece chicken leg (boneless and skinless)
1/2 1/2 piece chorizo
500 500 gr. shrimps
500 500 gr. mussels
350 350 gr. green pea
1 1 piece Bell peppers each color
1 1 piece onion
3 3 clove garlic cloves
1 1 liter chicken stock
1 1 рinch saffron
500 500 gr. arborio rice
100 100 ml. white wine
2 2 piece tomatoes
7 7 gr. paprika
step 1
Spread a bit of olive oil on paella pan. Fry chopped chorizo and chicken.

Cut vegetables into small cubes and add to the pan. After few minutes pour with wine. Sprinkle with paprika and saffron. After wine evaporates, pour with chicken stock, add green peas,and sea food.

Sprinkle with salt and wait for rice to cook.
