Cheese soup
100 100 gr. gauda
100 100 gr. edamer
100 100 gr. mozarella
30 30 gr. parmesan
80 80 ml. white dry wine
50 50 gr. butter
400 400 ml. cream
20 20 gr. basil
2 2 gr. dried basil
Salt to taste

Place a saucepan on a low hit,pour cream and wine in it. Grate all cheeses except parmesan.

Wash basil, finely chop leafs. Add to the mixture and whisk with hand blander. Season with salt, pepper and dried basil.

How To Serve

Pour into a bowl and grate some parmesan. Enjoy!
