60 60 gr. red bell pepper
50 50 gr. dried white bread
15 15 gr. garlic
2 2 gr. red pepper flakes

Cut all ingredients. Peel cucumber, remove the seeds and cut it, also.

Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk until homogeneous mixture.

Keep in a fridge for 1-2 hours.
