100 100 ml. white dry wine
80 80 ml. oil
30 30 gr. parsley
50 50 gr. tarragon
1 1 lemon

Fry shrimps from both sides. Add white wine. After 5 minutes - cream.

Wash and finely chop greens. Add them to the pan. Sprinkle with salt.
