Beef in beetroot sauce

1 1 kg. beef
300 300 gr. beetroot
2 2 sweet chilly sauce
100 100 ml. oil
100 100 ml. white dry wine
100 100 ml. cream

Wash beetroot. Boil whole vegetables, do not cut or peel them.

Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Fry from all sides on a pan. After, wrap in foil and bake on 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Peel and cut the beetroot. Place in a blender along with cream, wine, sweet chilli sauce, and salt. Whisk everything.

Remove meat from oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

How To Serve

Cut meat into thin slices. Serve with sauce.
