1 1 kg. flour
400 400 gr. nadughi
250 250 gr. cheese
3 3 eggs
3 3 salt
70 70 gr. butter
100 100 ml. sour cream

Place in a bowl 600 gr. of flour, add 2 eggs and required amount of water. You will get a bit thick dough - wrap it in a plastic and keep in a fridge for 30 minutes.

Mix nadughi and cheese, add one egg and one tsp. of salt. Khinkali filling is ready.

Remove the dough from the fridge. Roll it out and cut out round shapes with help of cup. Roll them out once again and give them oval shape. Place filling inside and give wrap in a form of fish.

Pour water into saucepan and bring it to a simmer. Add salt and khinkalis. Boil them for 7 minutes.

How To Serve

Serve with sour cream and butter.
