Cut onion half rings and saute on a low heat. After 5 minutes add bell peppers and garlic.
Finely chop tomatoes and saute for five more minutes. Add seasonings.
Replace the mixture into another pan, which you can place in over. Sprinkle with feta.
Make four holes for eggs and bake for 3 minutes.
How To Serve
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
