1 1 vanilla stick
Sugar to taste
200 200 gr. white chocolate
100 100 ml. cream
step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Prepare a baking tray, cover with parchment paper or silicone.

Beat 7 egg whites, slowly add sugar. After, add egg yolks, one by one, and continue beating. In the end, add flour and gently mix. Pour into the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

Grate lemons, add the vanilla seeds and sugar to taste. Spread on baked biscuit and roll the roulette.

Cook white chocolate ganache. Bring to simmer creme. Pour white chocolate with in and wait until it melts.

How To Serve

Pour ganache on cool roulette.
