2 2 trouts
1 1 lemon
0.5 0.5 half piece of garlic
50 50 ml. vegetable oil
1 1 teaspoon Svanetian salt
150 150 gr. spinach

Clean the fish. Remove skillet. Sprinkle with Svanetian salt.

Finely chop garlic and spinach. Mix together and put into the trout.

Pour a bit of oil. Tie fish with wooden sticks.

Fry on a grill.

How To Serve

Remove sticks. Serve with lemon.
