Sometimes, your New Year breakfast can be even tastier than dinner. Follow my recipe, and you'll find out how. Don't forget, you can use anything that is left in fridge and still feel like in a restaurant.

80 80 gr. sulguni
80 80 gr. Imeretian cheese
1 1 churchkhela
100 100 gr. spinach with nuts
350 350 gr. butter
200 200 gr. pork meet
2 2 eggs
Bread ingredients
125 125 gr. butter
780 780 gr. flour
125 125 gr. sugar
75 75 gr. yeast
250 250 ml. water
250 250 ml. milk

Mix liquid ingredients. Mix warm water and yeast, wait until it rises, then add sugar and melted butter. Add to flour 2-3 gr. of salt and carefully pour already prepared mixture. Knead the dough, it should be elastic and soft. Leave it for one hour, then place in a baking vessel and leave for half more hour. Bake at 200 degrees for 14 minutes.

So, first of all, fry bread. Spread butter on it, top with pkhali, thinly sliced churchkhela and Imeretian cheese.

After, put meat, grilled sulguni, and two sunny side up eggs.
