2 2 glasses of white wine
1 1 glass of vinegar
1 1 carrot
1 1 lemon
1 1 bay leaf
10 10 gr. black pepper corns

Chop carrot and lemon. Place in a saucepan with wine, vinegar, bay leaf and black peppercorns. Bring to a simmer.

Spread salt and pepper on a fish. Pour with marinade.
