Lobiani with ham and capers

Georgians adore bean dishes. I decided to prepare a non-traditional but very tasty lobiani.

600 600 gr. flour
1 1 teaspoon yeast
1 1 teaspoon sugar
1 1 teaspoon salt
50 50 gr. butter
30 30 ml. oil
300 300 gr. beans
150 150 gr. ham
30 30 gr. capers
30 30 gr. coriander
15 15 gr. celery
1/2 1/2 teaspoon dried coriander
1/4 1/4 teaspoon savory

First of all, cook the beans. Drain them from the water. Chop greens.

For the dough place in a bowl,the flour, melted butter and salt. Put in a separate bowl the yeast, sugar, and warm water. When the yeast will ascend, add them to the bowl with the flour and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and wait until it rises.

Add to the beans sliced ham, capers, herbs, spices and salt to taste. Crush stuffing.

Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll. Put into each piece of dough a tablespoon of filling and wrap, forming patties. Spread lobiani with egg, place on a baking tray and bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

How To Serve

Spread baked lobiani with butter and enjoy.
