Carrot Cake with Confiture

125 125 gr. carrot
60 60 gr. almond flour
10 10 gr. flour

Grease oil to a cake pan and preheat the oven to 180С. Grate carrots and orange zest. Mix eggs and sugar for 10-15 minutes until the mixture becomes white.

Afterwards, add almond flour, baking powder and flour, carrots and orange zest. Stir it gently with a wooden spoon. Put the mixture in the pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.

When out of the oven, let it rest for 15 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool it on a metal plate.

How To Serve

Serve with carrot confiture.
