150 150 gr. margarine
25 25 gr. honey
200 200 gr. sugar
50 50 gr. vegan mayonnaise
1 1 рinch Vanilla
250 250 gr. flour
1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
100 100 gr. raisins
100 100 gr. oats
200 200 gr. wallnut
step 1
Melt margarine in a microwave and mix it in a bowl with honey, sugar and vegan mayonnaise.

Add flour, salt and baking soda and stir again with a wooden spoon. In the end add oats, raisins and chopped walnuts and stir on.

Let the dough rest in a fridge for 20 minutes. Grease oil or place a baking paper on a baking tray.

Once the dough is cold, form balls, place them on a tray and gently roll them. Bake at approximately 170C for 15 minutes.
