10 10 gr. garlic
50 50 gr. olive oil
30 30 gr. lemon juice
125 125 gr. tahini (sesame seed paste)

Soak chickpeas in water.

Blend all the ingredients together.

How To Serve

When serving, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle Za’atar (sesame seeds, salt, thyme, sumac) over it.
