500 500 gr. field mushroom
500 500 gr. cream
1 1 piece middle-sized onion
1 1 piece medium-sized potatoe
1 1 Cup chicken or vegetable broth
150 150 gr. butter
5 5 gr. dill

Boil onion in 100 grams of butter, add chopped mushrooms and thinly sliced potatoes.

Add 1 cup of broth. Boil for 15 minutes.

Blend the mass, then place on the fire, add the cream and stir until boiling. Salt and black pepper to taste.

Before serving, add finely chopped dill and finely chopped field mushrooms fried in 50 g butter.
