“I have been fascinated by cooking since childhood, I enjoyed the process of preparation, hosting family and friends. I always try to prepare something new and interesting. I discovered Onigiri while living in Japan and it soon became my family’s favorite dish.

These are rice balls that are very popular in Japan, especially during lunch. It is delicious, very easy to prepare. Its filing depends only on your taste and imagination. My child loves this dish very much, always helps me in the preparation and often takes it at school as a snack”- Nini Kvirchishvili.
