Mushroom soup
500 500 gr. champignon mushrooms
200 200 gr. onion
500 500 ml. cream
50 50 gr. dill
50 50 ml. olive oil

Fry the onions, add the grated mushrooms and continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

Add mushrooms and onions 250-300 ml. Water and cook for 5 minutes. Add pepper to taste.

Over time, add cream, as soon as the soup boils, remove from heat and add finely chopped greens.
