TROUT WITH RICE AND NUT SAUCE
ingredients
1 1 trout
70 70 gr. rice
150 150 gr. walnut
1 1 teaspoon coriander
1 1 teaspoon curry
1 1 teaspoon paprika
1 1 teaspoon utskho suneli
100 100 ml. oil
25 25 gr. fresh coriander
2 2 piece garlic
1 1 lemon

Cook the rice in salted water, add the finely chopped coriander and 1/3 of all seasonings.

Salt the cleaned fish; put a part of the rice inside. Wrap the fish in foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir the walnut, garlic and the rest of the seasoning in a blender, add a little boiled water.

How To Serve

Enjoy the fish along with the sauce.
