Salmon with white wine and mint sauce
400 400 gr. salmon fillet
50 50 gr. mint grass
2 2 lemons
150 150 gr. butter
300 300 ml. white semi-sweet wine
2 2 teaspoon flour

Place the salmon fillet on the foil, salt and pepper to taste. Top with lemon circles and pour over lemon juice. Put in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

In a small saucepan, boil the wine, add mint leaves and butter. Boil another 5 minutes, at the end add flour and juice from the second lemon. Stir well so that the flour does not turn into lumps. The sauce needs to be drained.
