PORK WITH BLACK CREAM SAUСE AND SAPERAVI
ingredients
4 4 portions of pork
200 200 ml. sunflower oil
1/2 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1 teaspoon salt
500 500 ml. Saperavi wine
400 400 gr. blackcurrant
2 2 tablespoon sugar
1 1 squaw mint
50 50 gr. coriander

Sprinkle salt and pepper on pork meat. Fry in the pan from the both sides.

In a small saucepan, add Saperavi,squaw mint and black currant. Boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Strain the juice and add sugar, chopped coriander, salt and 1 clove of garlic to taste.

How To Serve

Enjoy pork with chilled sauce.
