10 10 gr. baking soda

800 800 gr. Imeretian Cheese
400 400 gr. Sulguni Cheese
40 40 gr. Basil
50 50 gr. Parsley

Place the yeast and sugar in warm water and add salt to flour. When the yeast starts to foam, add the flour and stir until we have a single mass, create dough balls, put them in a large tableware and let them rise. After 1,5-2 hours take out the dough, divide in 4 parts and give them an oval shape.

Chop the greens and add them grated cheese.

Place the cheese mass on top of the boat formed dough, make dams to secure them and bind together in a boat form.

Place the boats in the oven for 15 minutes on 200 celsius.

Take the boats out 2 minutes earlier and add an egg with a butter slice on each.
