Put couscous into a deep bowl, pour twice as much boiling water and cover. Chop pepper and coriander and add to the couscous. Prepare Dzadzik: peel the cucumbers, peel and squeeze. Add sour cream, grated garlic, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, oregano and finely chopped dill. Stir and Dzadzik is ready. On couscous sprinkle coriander and crumb of feta cheese.
