Couscous with Vegetables and Dzadzik
200 200 gr. couscous
2 2 belly pepper, red
2 2 belly pepper, green
400 400 ml. sour cream
4 4 cucumber
3 3 piece garlic
1 1 pack of oregano
2 2 lemon
100 100 gr. Feta cheese
35 35 gr. corriander
30 30 gr. dill
step 1
Put couscous into a deep bowl, pour twice as much boiling water and cover. Chop pepper and coriander and add to the couscous. Prepare Dzadzik: peel the cucumbers, peel and squeeze. Add sour cream, grated garlic, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, oregano and finely chopped dill. Stir and Dzadzik is ready. On couscous sprinkle coriander and crumb of feta cheese.
