Tear off the rucola leaves. Cucumber and tomato cut into small pieces. Also, cut the unskinned pear.
Garlic, lemon juice and olive oil mix in a blender.
Take only the flesh of the orange and add to all the other ingredients.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and berries. At the end, add grated cheese and sesame seeds.
