ingredients
400 400 gr. Champignon Mushrooms
400 400 gr. oyster mushrooms
300 300 ml. white dry wine
1 1 onion
3 3 piece garlic
250 250 gr. cream
40 40 gr. parsley
1/2 1/2 teaspoon pepper
70 70 ml. oil
2 2 teaspoon salt

Cut well washed mushrooms in equal pieces, add 2 tea cups of water and a whole peeled onion. Boil the ingredients for 15 minutes and pour white wine, boil 5-7 minutes more, add cream and oil.

When the ingredients are ready, add chopped coriander, pepper and salt.
