1 1 Quail
50 50 gr. Walnut
100 100 gr. Butter
100 100 ml. Oil
2 2 gr. Salt
2 2 gr. Pepper
10 10 ml. Vinegar
100 100 ml. White Dry Wine
50 50 gr. coriander
10 10 gr. parsley
10 10 gr. green onions
1 1 gr. paprika
step 1
Place butter on a cold pan and start melting at a low temperature before we put the quail. Separately chop walnuts, coriander, green onions and parsley and add the ingredients when one side of the quail will be roasted.

Add some vinegar. After vinegar evaporates, add wine. The quail will be ready when the wine also evaporates. Decorate the dish with leftover parsley, green onion and paprika.

How To Serve

Slice the quail in desirable sized pieces and enjoy!
