Grease some melted cheese on a grey bread slice, put thin pieces of avocado, baked salmon slices and start preparing pashot egg.

Pashot Egg - undercooked egg in vinegar water is very healthy and soft. To prepare easily you will need to pour water in a small boiler and add 50 g. Vinegar. When the water starts boiling, stir to make the water move in a circular direction, break and slowly drop the egg and continue stirring. As soon as the egg creates a film on the outside, pashot egg is ready. In 25 seconds take the boiled egg out of the water with a spoon, place on the sandwich and season with red pepper.
