Tchvishtari with Sour Cream sauce

300 300 gr. corn flour
150 150 ml. sunflower oil
250 250 gr. sulguni
200 200 ml. sour cream
1 1 lemon
2 2 piece garlic

Sift the flour, place it in the medium size bowl, add water and prepare the dough for  Mtchadi. Add to the bowl grated sulguni. On medium fire, fry Mtchadi on the oiled pan, make any form you wish and cook from all sides.

For sour cream sauce, mix together grated garlic and about 2 tea spoons of lemon juice, salt to taste.

How To Serve

Serve with sauce.
