Meat roulette with carrot sauce
500 500 gr. bacon
400 400 gr. minced meat
200 200 gr. chicken liver
2 2 piece onions
5 5 piece cloves garlic
6 6 piece green onions
100 100 gr. sulguni
1/2 1/2 teaspoon saffron
120 120 ml. sunflower oil
3 3 piece carrots

Wash and clean chicken liver. Fry on a pan along with finely chopped garlic and onions. Whisk in a blender. For wrapping use food plastic. Place it on a working table. First step is bacon, top it with minced meat, after put chicken liver, then grated cheese and green onions. Wrap the plastic tightly.

Transfer the roulette to a foil. Remove the plastic. Bake on 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Sauce: wash, peel, and cut carrots. Boil them. Whisk in a blender along with sauteed onions, one garlic clove, salt, and saffron.
