Wash and clean chicken liver. Fry on a pan along with finely chopped garlic and onions. Whisk in a blender. For wrapping use food plastic. Place it on a working table. First step is bacon, top it with minced meat, after put chicken liver, then grated cheese and green onions. Wrap the plastic tightly.

Transfer the roulette to a foil. Remove the plastic. Bake on 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sauce: wash, peel, and cut carrots. Boil them.
Whisk in a blender along with sauteed onions, one garlic clove, salt, and saffron.
