Usually bughlama is made of beef or lamb. I decided to cook it with chicken.
bunch of coriander
bunch of parsley
Salt to taste
Clean the chicken. Remove the skin, cut in a small pieces, place in a saucepan, cover with water, and boil.
Finely chop onions and saute on a low heat along with cherry tomatoes.
Wash and finely chop greens. Transfer everything to the saucepan with cooked chicken. Season with salt.
