1 1 puff dough
1 1 bunch of leeks
1 1 bunch of green onions
1 1 bunch of tarragon
1/2 1/2 bunch of coriander
1/2 1/2 bunch of parsley
200 200 gr. sulguni
1 1 red and green bell peppers
150 150 ml. vegetable oil
2 2 eggs
1 1 tsp. salt
300 300 gr. minced meat

Finely wash and chop vegetables and greens. Grate cheese.

Saute minced meat. In two minutes add bell peppers, after 2 more minutes chopped leeks. Continue sauteing until cooked. Cool the mass. Add grated cheese and other greens.

Roll out the dough. Place the stuffing in the middle and wrap in the dough like envelope. Roll out once again. Place a parchment on a baking tray. Preheat an oven to 200 degrees. Place the pie on a baking tray, spread with whisked eggs, and bake for 25 minutes.
